Avalanche Detectors

Thorlabs and Menlo Systems, a Thorlabs strategic partner, offer several avalanche photodetectors that are ideal for detection of low optical powers. They are based on either Si or InGaAs detector elements and both free-space and fiber-coupled options are available.
